Pork Steaks on the BarB
« Reply #-1 on: September 23, 2013, 09:34:35 PM »
Had 3 nice, thick pork steaks. Did the mustard thing, then rubbed with FS&B, a bit of rosemary, and fresh ground blk pepper. Back in the fridge for the day. When coals were ready, threw the steaks onto the GrillGrates to sizzle for a while. Time to eat!
Served with leftover cucumber salad and tabouli.

Looks great Gene! - Hey! Why don't you hop the car in with one of the "Ohio Clan" that is coming to the Fall Gathering? ;D
