Thanks for the kind words everyone  :)  I don't normally like to overload the PTG but when visiting my Nephew's family in Vegas they beg me to smoke/cook a few items.

On our last visit I cooked a load of chicken thighs, pulled pork, brisket, and meatloaf ... I think they might be spoiled  ;) 8)

Unfortunately there were too many relatives and friends  :(  No leftovers some sammies!  I'll just have to smoke me another one  :D ;)
