Got some homemade sausage going today. MAK is blowing peach smoke.

Beer-N-onion on the left. Hawaiian style on the right.

Beer and onion sounds great Rick! But..... how many Hula skirts did it take to make the Hawaiian?

Seriously...what is in the Haw. sausage? Pineapple and Ham?

I wish i could take credit for the 2 sausages, But i cant. These were given to me by a friend i had lunch with last sat at Lexington BBQ, NC

All i can do is ask if he will share the recipe.

Turned out MAK good.

I like hot so i had to Slap my mama
