Cold smoking on the MAK

Loving these cool mornings here in the Northeast. ;D
Filled the AMZNPS tube with enough apple pellets for @2 hrs. Just used the MAK as the smoking equipment being I was lazy I didn't want bring out the Bradley.
Muenster, sharp white cheddar, pepper jack and a 12" long chub of provolone that I cut into pucks.

Took on some nice color. I'll break these out at Thanksgiving.
