Beef Tenderloin Steak with Yukon Gold Potatoes
« Reply #-1 on: October 08, 2013, 08:55:13 PM »
Dinner tonight is beef tenderloin with one seasoned with Penzeys Chicago Steak Seasoning and
the other one with Spicy Montreal Steak.  Here they are resting in a light salt bath coming up to
room temperature.  Yukon Gold’s are seasoned with garlic pepper.

Potatoes onto the Performer using RO lump and a couple of small chunks of mesquite.

Steaks on.

Potatoes off.

Steaks are done! Got to get some better lighting! 8) Getting too dark, too quick!

Plated with some canned corn.

Dinner was very tasty!

Thanks for looking!

Good looking food there, Mike.

I'm interested in potatoes over charcoal... How long do they usually take?
