Y'all sure know how to make a guy feel welcome! I appreciate all the responses and look forward to catching up on as many posts as I can.  ;D

Jaxon... I've camped since childhood and have always loved sitting by the fire, and also liked tending my old SFB. Problem is these days it's tricky to find the time to even prep food for a smoke, much less stay close by the fire for hours at a time. Now, let's be real quiet about this 'cause I THINK I've got the wife convinced that an expensive pellet smoker is what I "need".   ;)

While I man big "real wood" eating smokers at our BBQ joint on the weekends, I happily utilize my 2 pellet poopers at home during the week..
