Interestingly people either love or hate cilantro - I love it while my brother hated it.
It does seem to be one herb (although I am sure there likely others) that is so polarizing. I love ceviche, but if it has too much cilantro, I just can't do it. I've used parsley sometimes in place of cilantro with some success.
