I bet if you nuked the potato a lil bit it would be easier to core..they make the jalapeno popper corers that work better thatn the apple corers..and might cut down on cook time too. I have been known to cheat if I have to. just sayin..I do like the idea of putting the pretzel in bacon too. I do it with the thin Italian breadsticks..fabulous. Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ
