Aye Carumba burgers
« Reply #-1 on: October 19, 2013, 08:15:07 PM »
First off, lets all say Aye Carumba....come on...you can do it:

All right, had a little help from my friends

Grilled the burgers on one side then circled the wagons

Added a split Ortega chili (Mama didn't want one as you can see)

Some pepper jack cheese

No mayo mustard today, dabbed on some refried beans

Man did those taste like more. All I could say when I was done was:

Got Smoke?

OMG..I know those were fabulous. Nothing like a great greasy cheeseburger. Like how you cooked them too. I am using the indirect method with much luck. Once I learned that trick..my charcoal cooking has really improved. Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ

Never would of thunk you could put refried beans on a burger!

Leave to Smoke to put the burger up a level!

They look great ;)
