I'm makin' notes as fast as I can sign onto the forum.  There's always a fresh approach to even the simplest things to cook.  I think I'll stick around a while longer.

I'm havin' a great time learning from you guys...

True story, I went to the market Saturday morning without a clue of what I was gonna cook for the weekend. Mama gave me her shopping list and she wanted a couple of cans of Underwoods Deviled Ham. So I hit the canned goods aisle, which happened to be the Hispanic section. Saw the big cans of Ortega chilis and thought, "Hey, those would be good on a burger" saw the cans of refried beans and it was on and popping  8) 8)

Smoke, I do believe I could maybe eat one (or five) of those burgers. I really like what you did with the chile on top. It's like a Chili Relleno burger.

Dang that's a good looking burger.  I think I'll replicate it with one change.  Since I'm not a big fan of refried beans, I'll hit it with some homemade red pepper hummus...

I know what's on the menu this weekend!

Aye Carumba! Some nice burgers. I tried a burger with refried beans 2 months ago, yet, and I confirm that it tastes outrageous.
