St Louis Ribs on the Traeger Junior
« Reply #-1 on: October 20, 2013, 04:37:00 PM »
2 spares that were cut down to St Louis style ribs.  They were seasoned last night with Simply Marvelous
Sweet Seduction and put in the refrigerator.  Getting ready to go into the TJ.

TJ being brought up to temperature.

Ribs on.

2.5 hours later and they are ready to wrap.

Wrapped with some butter, honey, brown sugar and Frank’s Hot and put back onto the TJ.

1 hour later I pulled them out of the foil and glazed them with a 50/50 mixture of Blues Hog Original
and Blues Hog Tennessee Red.

Put back onto the TJ.

Ribs are done!

Ribs sliced and no plated picture tonight.
