Mo Rockin Roti Wings
« Reply #-1 on: October 19, 2013, 04:24:40 PM »
Wings seasoned with Mo Rockin and back into the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

I put the wings in my fish basket and am using my rotisserie today on the Performer.

Wings put on the Performer.  I am using Kingsford Blue with a couple chunks of oak.  Cooking at 400 degrees today.

40 minutes later and the first coat of sauce was put on.  I am using the last of my Lambert’s Sweet Sauce O Mine today.

I let the sauce set for about 5 more minutes, took the wings off and gave them another coating of the sauce.

Plated with some mashed potatoes and corn.

Delicious meal all the way around.  Wings were kind of sticky so lots of napkins were needed!  :P

Thanks for looking!

I don't believe you went there (but the wings look great).
