I love a fish cooked at the side of the river. But, the way you are cooking - who cares - looks great!

Great scenery and what looks like a nice vaca. Don't tease us, share some more pics if your trip and those fish you catch and cook! I'm jealous, wishin I was fishin. I'll be looking back Pete  :)
We only cook and eat the piece of the hog that made a pig of itself.

Alas ...  :(   :-[ ... No fish!  Threw everything at those Steelhead but only managed a few nibbles.  That's why it's called fishing and not catching  :D  It's just nice to get my line wet  8) ... since I didn't have any fish to smoke I smoked a fresh Foster Farms Classic Herb Turkey Roast instead.

Beautiful pictures, thanks for sharing!

My pleasure David ... The foliage up here is beautiful.  I don't get to see this kind of foliage very often in the part of California that we live in.  Last time I saw this kind of foliage was when I was a teenager in New Hampshire back in the late 1960s!!! ... Gotta love the beauty of Mother Nature  ;)
