Dee I haven't used my Uuni yet but as soon as I get home next Tuesday, it's on. I found that a regular pizza peel, mine's metal, will fit in the Uuni. Mine has a long handle on it. My hubby drilled a couple of holes in the Uuni peel and put 2 blocks of wood on the handle part, because it is all metal and I can be clumsy at times, old age stuff. Then I tried my peel. Good find. Because of the fast cook, a thinner crust pizza will do better, I'm sure Brad already knows this. Smart guy u got there. Pam

Dee..no one in my family is allowed to buy anything for themselves in Nov and Dec..it's a law. Except for me, cause I know what I like..lol. Pam
