Blues at it again

Ribs and some pulled beef. 
Started the day off with a little duck hunting.  The beard worked. 


Now the main attraction.



























Ribs were ok.  Temp dropped too much and kids wanted dinner now so pulled them off a little early.  But good. 


Dinner the next day. 





Beef was real good.

I thought the ribs looked great.  good color and texture to them.  the beef sammies would be good w/ milk.  wink, wink.   ;) ;)  that means I would like one plz.  looks to me me that blue is working out cook for ya.  cheers...... 8)
