Winter's coming.. time to do a few more butts and freeze them. (I usually cook outside 365 but sometimes the New England weather doesn't cooperate like last year when we lost power for four days... 37 degrees F. in the house by the fireplace! Gotta figure how to run the Yoder with no power.)
