looks really good, I told kimmie I was going to do a butt with Super Pig and she said NO!  Your not going to use SP on a butt your only going to do bacon with it   ;)

That is some good looking pulled pork.  A slather of yellow mustard does wonders for getting a good bark, and I have never been able to taste any mustard.
