I looked and looked for something ugly but couldn't find it -- did you forget to post it  ::)

What I actually did Hub was forget to take the picture of the steaks when the fat was all
ballooned out and the inside of the steak looking like a baseball.  They were excellent so
I really can't complain too much.  Just my OCD kicking in at times!  ;D

I hear 'ya.  Bone-on ribeyes will "curl up" sometimes.  Even then, though, I'd have to say those are gorgeous  ;D
