Bought a New Gasser
« Reply #-1 on: December 03, 2013, 06:24:14 PM »
My old gasser didn't fit my chosen cooking style (not that I'm any good at it) so I finally stopped studying the available units and bought one.  It's a Broilmaster H3.

My 23.5" W x 16.0" Little Griddle GQ-230 fits as though it was made for it.

I'll probably only use it for vegetables, as a griddle and in the summer as an oven.  My PG-500 pellet grill/smoker will still be used for most grilling.

Edit:  Spelling (dang!)

That gasser and griddle will make a good combination.

That's a nice invitation but I don't post often, only rarely when there's something different about my cook.  I'm usually following someone else's recipe and instructions.

Well, I'm frequently here but not signed in or posting, just reading.  Lurking, I guess.  I'm not being secretive or furtive—I rarely have anything to contribute.

Paul you're being modest here, everybody has something to contribute. Either way we're glad your around friend!
Looks like a nice grill there too! Good luck on your cooks!

(thinking)  Ummmm, how do I tactfully point out that it's misspelled?  Maybe I won't.
