Sunday Morning Breakfast Chops
« Reply #-1 on: December 15, 2013, 11:35:42 AM »
The other day I saw some Bubba Grillers bacon wrapped pork chops in the commissary.  They looked
interesting so I picked up a box.  This morning we wanted something different for breakfast so I
suggested I grill a couple of the Bubba chops.  One was seasoned with my wife’s favorite rub, Simply
Marvelous Sweet Seduction.  The other chop was seasoned with Jallelujah Bacon Jalapeno rub.

Put onto the Weber Performer using RO lump charcoal.

Searing the bacon and the chops as they were almost to temp.

Finished at 135 internal.

Plated with some hash browns and Southwestern Style Egg Beaters.

The Bubba Grillers were actually really good.  They came out with a good crust and were definitely juicy
and tender enough.

Thanks for looking!
