Thanks Jack! Total time was 1.5 hours for the spuds and 45 minutes for the thighs. I take the thighs to 180 and they
are still real juicy. I put the thighs on after the spuds were on the grill for 45 minutes. Yep working on getting it dialed
in now. Love that new digital controller and dang it is accurate!
