So I am at the gas powered cast iron griddle getting my grill on outside and I kinda realize now what Tee is driving at with this site rename. Oh well, no one can accuse old Smoke of being a "Yes Man"  ;)

Used Cabela's Pecan Honey rub on the chops and Eagle All Purpose rub on the taters......


My plate and I got lunch for tomorrow......nice......

Is it BBQ?  DO I care? NOPE!  I like it…and - THAT is all that counts my friend.  Heck - you could call it a typewriter - and I would just ask for a plate - and please the White-Out! :D :D :D

Yep, I would kill that. Bet I would just pick up the chops a gnaw on them. That Cabela's rub sounds good. Can't wait for ours to open next year.
