Is Anyone Using ManGrates?

See ManGrates

I searched and discovered that bbqchef reported having a set but I couldn't find a follow-up report.

If you're using them—

1.  What size are they? (They come in 4" by 15" segments.)  Is that a useful size?
2.  On what kind of grill?  Pellet?  Gas?  Charcoal?
3.  Are you having trouble maintaining the seasoning so they don't rust?
4.  Are they worth the investment?  Compared to what?
5.  Have you used GrillGrates?  How do they compare?
6.  Any other thoughts you'd like to offer?

I prefer the Grill Grates. They really magnify the heat and they don't rust.

I had a set that were either Man Grates - or a clone…can't remember. But - truly - the weight, brittle nature of thin bars of cast iron, the rusting issues, etc….I am really glad that I found Grill Grates.  I can't find any advantage of cast iron grates over Grill Grates.
