Ribs on the Kettle
« Reply #-1 on: January 11, 2014, 10:51:00 PM »
It was almost 50 degress out today, so I cooked some ribs.  Took about 4.5 hours, at 250ish.  They came out decent, a little too much apple juice in the mix.

They were a little heavy on apple juice, I thought. The wife loved them, so did dad.  I am abit critical of my own cooking though.    Thanks for comments.  Tonight is chicken with green beans.
