Chops n F/F
« Reply #-1 on: January 18, 2014, 07:32:14 AM »
Found 4 chops in the bottom of the freezer. It was these and a pack of hot dogs. ??? I dusted 2 with tatonka dust and 2 with sweet seduction.

Fired up the chimney and sat out while it caught flame. It was a beautiful night. Man it's nice and relaxing to gaze into the flame.

Just about ready.

Chops on the turn.

Four little piggies all in a row, rest my sweets.

There's a little farm store chain that makes these western fries and dayyum they are good. Her's my plate getting ready to hit the pie hole.

I have a tendency to go hog wild ::) when it comes to seasoning. I really couldn't taste the rubs on these but it was a good supper for a last minute quickie throw together. Thanks for looking!
We only cook and eat the piece of the hog that made a pig of itself.

I didn't use enough to taste either Mike. Sometimes I go over board and put way to much on. I'm going to PM you to get some suggestions.

Chops look perfect - like the fries too.  Just about all the stores in our area that have a deli department will have a good selection of fried goods, with the western-style being one of them.
