Did a couple of cooks this week and have been slow in posting. Too many work hours getting in the way.

Cooked up some nice thick Center Cut Chops...Love my Publix Butcher

Seasoned old school Pepper, Garlic and sea salt



Just pulled



Plated with some taters and gravy and fresh green beans




Did me some burgers last night....have 2 left over for dinner at work today
