Ribeyes
« Reply #-1 on: January 26, 2014, 12:11:40 PM »
Here's my today's lunch:

Starter was a pea soup, that was topped with a Soileau's Bayou Blend seasoned shrimp kebab from the salt block, grilled on my mini egg.

Main dish was a Big Poppa's Double Secret seasoned ribeye, that was reverse seared: cooked low & slow indirectly on the big egg at 240°F, then finished over direct high heat on the mini egg. Sides were Brussels sprouts and potatoes.

Dessert was a caramel parfait with fruit in rum.

Sparky may do the dishes, but he will eat (and possibly drink) you out of house and home, too.

Great looking meal, WC.
