For folks looking for a large electric smoker, the Smokin-it Model 4 now includes an Auber control as standard equipment.

That is a great price for a smoker at this size. Anyone considering a SS electric smoker has got to give Smokin-It the hairy eyeball.

I have to tell you Smoke that when it was first introduced I started drooling.  I am now at the slobbering stage.

Pairing a Auber up with any electric smoker is always a plus!

I do not believe there is a better value on the market. The interior volume and quality of the construction and insulation....is on par with Cookshack.

Pretty sure Doug (EFGM) has a Smokin-It, but I am not sure which one.  I haven't seen him post in a while, but he was active on the site a couple of days ago.  Good excuse to shoot him an email and see if he wants to grab lunch.

Pretty sure Doug (EFGM) has a Smokin-It, but I am not sure which one.  I haven't seen him post in a while, but he was active on the site a couple of days ago.  Good excuse to shoot him an email and see if he wants to grab lunch.

Tell him I said hello. I shot thru DFW in Dec. and did not have time to stop and have lunch with you guys. Had to go to Abilene on family business.
