Chicken night
« Reply #-1 on: January 26, 2014, 08:50:49 PM »
It was a beautiful day, in the St. Louis area.   58 degrees and sunny, went to the gym, washed the vehicles, then cooked some chicken and zucchini.  Came out decent, the chicken was a little tough.  I found it in the bottom of the deep freeze, while rotating stock.  So it was a bit old, of course me over cooking it didn't help.  Got side tracked by something.  I use some Creole seasoning on some, and Mrs. Dash on the others.

Looks good from here, throw that bird on a tortilla and you'd have a heck of a taco.

Meal looks good! We had chicken too but it was from Sandman's carry out! Can't believe you had 58 deg. but then it is 39 here right now but supposed to be 4 deg. in the morning. Don
