Countryy style ribs in TBE
« Reply #-1 on: January 27, 2014, 06:56:41 PM »
Cooked CS ribs today for first time.  Nothing but salt, pepper, and garlic powder.  As Tommy says, they cook fast ....40 minutes and they were ready.  Very good and will definitely do this again.  In fact, Food Lion had them on sale for about $1.30 so I bought some more today.  Next time I may put some apple chips in TBE.

I like 'em hot & fast sometimes & other times I like 'em low & slow then sauced. Both ways are good, as long as I get some!
