I cooked a London broil today in TBE after marinading it for 2 1/2 hours in KC Steakhouse marinade. I pulled it at 140 and that is why I give it an A-. I should have pulled it at 135, it bit more rare would have been perfect. This was my first time cooking this cut of meat. It was very good. not a fillet mignon, but still very good. I won't post a pic of the piece of tough shoe leather that was the piece that my wife ate. She said it was good. To each his/her own.
