its not as wierd as you think.




i love the color of the butts w/ the balsamic glaze on it.







put on #336 @ 225°. 

good morning ladies.  how did ya"ll sleep.  you look simply marvelous darlings.







one was difinitely better taste than the other.  i'll keep one and give one to my son. 





ok, i friend made some homemade bbq sauce.  another friend made some apricot syrup.  so, i made some toast and....

Waa Laa 

pork butt french toast.



it was extremely yummy.  my wife thinks i'm nuts.  she just had a pulled pork sandwich.  mine was better.

You know what?   I bet that the pulled pork would be good on a waffle, or on a pancake rolled up like a tortilla!  You could make a savory waffle or pancake to serve the pulled pork.  You could even make some chicken to put on the waffle or pancake.  I just read about a fried chicken and waffle place in Durham, NC.
