well, i always wondered if you can steam clams (surf part) on a pellet grill.  why yes you can. 

well, it started like this. 

i took a piece of garlic and rubbed it all over the steak.  then some chili oil and seasonings.





took some little necks clams and drizzled some pomagranite glaze on them.



threw steak on 1st w/ my searing grates.



added the pan underneath the grates w/ some chopped garlic in it.  dumped some of the kids beer over the clams.



pulled the steak.  clams are opening up.  ya....



melted some butter and poured myself some moo juice.



oh ya.  a simply wonderful meal.
