Suckling pig ham
« Reply #-1 on: March 03, 2014, 02:06:42 PM »
Today I cooked a suckling pig ham on the ceramic grill. The meat was injected with a brine of water and salt and seasoned with some sea salt. Underneath the meat I placed a pan with carrots, leek, onions, garlic and dark beer for the sauce.

Nice!  How were the veggies and sauce?  The ham speaks for itself I think..

I imagine the veggies were terrible..bring them to me and I will volunteer to try them..kinda like chicken grease dripping on potatoes, by the time the chicken gets done the potatoes are safe.          .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
