ABTs and pork tenderloin

Today I made some ABTs as a starter, followed by an indirectly grilled pork tenderloin with a mushroom cream sauce, salad and rice.

Next time I get over there I am coming over for some bbq lessons.  And yes more about the cream sauce please.

Nothing special: saute a small, finely minced shalot and the mushrooms in a pan, add some cream, salt and pepper to taste.

That sauce really put it over the top for me. Nice restraint on the pea quantity.
