Tri tip and hotlinks

Went to Costco and picked up a couple of choice tri tips and some hot links. Decided to try out some oakridge santa Maria rub and I gotta say I loved the rub and would recommend. As you can see the tri tips were huge. Gonna put up the money shots in a couple of minutes.

You're right about it not being a traditional rub that we're accustomed to 'round these parts, but it has a really good balanced taste to it that can also be put on steaks and what not, IMO. And you're spot on about doing a reverse sear my brotha
