Leftover Pulled Pork Dinner
« Reply #-1 on: March 13, 2014, 08:44:51 PM »
I wasn't planning on posting a picture of tonight's dinner but after it was plated I decided I needed to share this plate with all of our "Pea Loving" friends out there in forum land. And the players are leftover pulled pork, homemade bbq sauce, orzo and sweet peas. SWMBO'd thought it was a great leftover meal with an easy clean up.

I love peas, but I don't think I have ever mixed them with pulled pork.  1st time for everything I guess.

That looks real tasty Spuds.  For the "pea haters" try adding some butter and Sriracha to them makes a big difference in taste!
