welp, time for some dinner.  on w/ our show.

fired up Hazel and put cherry pellets in my cast iron pot.



i used what i had on hand.  willy, chili oil, rub and pineapple cup.



stuffed willy w/ pineapple and rub.  drizzled w/ chili oil.





everyone in the pool.  put my heat deflector on and lowered the lump grate (love this grill).



cherry pellets doing its thing.



willy looking good. 



nice fishy.



oh ya.  din din time.




 
it was a great meal.  eat more fish.  fish is good.

I love to trout fish, and I like to smoke 'em and turn 'em into trout dip. But that looks really good!
