name says it all.

fire up Hazel. and away we go.

got some costco tri's and doctored them up (sorry about the flash).

put them on the top shelf for some smokey, smokey.

threw some jalapenos on to char for the chili.

got some nice charing going on.

gangs all done.

letting everything simmer for a couple of hours.

pineapple, chili oil and soileau's.

oh ya. this was excellenta. tri chili, cornbread and some grilled pineapple. got a kiss from the mrs for this cook. not bad for a old surfing hippie.

Looking good. Now what does a guy to do if no one in your town knows what a tri-tip is? I ask for one and I get the same stupid look.
