Good looking cook Tommy! Thanks for the idea with the corn. Hopefully will be doing it this way
this year.
If you get a good seal on the vacuum bag and nothing goes wrong 2+ years is not out of the question

When I freeze corn I freeze them till they are almost solid then put them in the Food Saver bags if not you would have creamed corn  ;)   In my freezer it takes about 2 hrs give or take

I will definitely be trying this.  Thank you.  Never thought of vac-seal.

Works great, just make sure you trim the corn or the tassel could get between the seal and cause a leak.  Done that way to many times
