Building a Po' Boy
« Reply #-1 on: March 31, 2014, 09:03:07 AM »

Made some shrimp po' boys the other night...

Spread a good layer of homemade remoulade on a home-baked Hoagie roll...

Add some julienned cabbage atop the remoulade...

Then some sliced tomatoes... (sliced red onion is optional)...

A little more remoulade atop the tomatoes that were seasoned with salt and pepper...

Then the star of the show... beer battered deep-fried "popcorn" shrimp that were
seasoned with Cajun spice...

Enough with the photos! Grab some napkins... it's time to eat!
