What is boneless turkey breast filet?

(1/2) > >>

spuds:
Is it whole breast,or a processed thing of turkey parts cooked together?

CDN Smoker:
Sorry we only get whole Turkeys up here. My Parents winter in AZ but have access to the breast meat and just love them.

spuds:
Yes,love the turkey breasts,a store has these on sale and wondered if it was just a deboned regular breast. Thanks CDN for the reply

muebe:
They are usually minimally processed. Best to check the label before buying if concerned.

Rummm:
Sorry I'm late to the party...spent another week in the hospital :(

the bnls turkey breast filet is "supposed" to be the same muscle as the chicken tender. Sometimes they are whole and other times cut into steaks and wrapped with bacon.
