Great looking wings.

I like that setup you're using I bet it worked great to keep the wings from flaring up.

Thanks for the link Lost Arrow.  That is a neat set up.  I might try that next time I do a single rack or small shoulder.

One  advantage is you can use the entire 22 in kettle surface., I'm thinking you could easily cook 3 butts
