Thanks all you're too kind! I posted this at 1:45 am and before I went to bed saw where Ka Honu had replied; not sure of the time in Hawaii but thought maybe he had been in the turtle juice!  :D There are plenty of cooks in here I look up to and consider all equals. I have been here 3 more or less years now and little bits of all your cooking has influenced and I think improved my BBQ and cooking. Don

Don you sure know how to take care of mama....I use to cook stuff for my mama when she was alive.....You are blessed that she is still with you and she is bless to have  son that cares.Oh by the way that's a fine looking sammich ...
