Beautiful--not familiar with the MAK--what temp did you cook and what fuel did you use?   I may try something similar next time a group asks me to cook a BIG quantity of meat.   That's the reason for asking   Thanks.

MAK 2 star is a pellet grill.

I put them on about 2200 last night, on SMOKE (175F-190F) for 4 hours, then 225F until about 1000 this morning when I boated them with the onions, mushrooms and red wine. Then into a 225F oven until about 1500, then I set the oven to "hold" at 190F since I had to go somewhere. I just pulled them. pics to follow.

I've found that hitting it with another splash of wine and a shake of rub at the end kicks it up a notch.
