New "Family member" arrived today
« Reply #-1 on: April 26, 2014, 06:36:42 PM »
The Camp Chef got dropped of today. I managed to stop cutting trees long enough to get it put together and cleaned up. Tomorrow I will do the burn-off, first cook and pictures. I will be using Perfect Mix pellets and either a Boston Butt or packer.

Smoke, you really need to move on down to Alabama. We have special variances in our immigration laws that allow folks from up north and the west coast to move in if they are accomplished Q'ers like you. Of course pretty women are always welcome so your better half will have no problems.

We are absolutely gonna be headed that way. Gonna get the house prepped for sale. Wendy is caring for a 86 year old woman with CHF and COPD. She will not leave until the poor dear passes on. When that does happen we are going South. I already got a real estate guy lined up from Southern Properties in Fort Payne  8) 8) Gonna try to get a place on Lookout Mountain  :)

Haha NO it's a real smoker. I posted pics for the first cook and a cook since then later. I just wanted it put together and cleaned before I started.
