She did eat them but really wanted to end part cause it was burnt  ;)

Thanks guys, they were ok but really need more practice  ;)   Guess I'll bite the bullet and practice more :D :D :D :D

Also I need to take it slower, the SRG really spoiled me because it cooks ribs so dang fast

They look great!

Your pellet grill still cooks ribs faster than many/most do. I can do BB's in my Rec Tec in 4.5~5 hrs. and spares take longer than that.

LNS is best, IMO.

Yes, with the pellet pooper you get more smoke flavor but as for tenderness they are about the same.  Now if Todd will get the new "Smoking Tommy Ring"  out on the market it will be close  ;)
