Cheese Stuffed Nekkid Fatty/Buttermilk Biscuit Sammiches
« Reply #-1 on: May 04, 2014, 02:21:27 PM »
Had a jonesing for something like this for breakfast this morning. Pushed some cheese into a chub of sausage, sealed it up, rubbed a bit of maple syrup all over to hold onto the Bone Suckin' and Way Out West Rubs. Onto the pellet grill @ 150F for 90 minutes. Upped the temp to 350F for 30 minutes or until IT hit 165. After 15 min. added biscuits from a tube. It was all done about same time. Excellent! Saw Sparky do something like this awhile back I think on his Weber kettle. Thanks for the inspiration Sparky!  8)

Yum, I'll have a slice-o-that on a biscuit!

I saw the word "nekkid," and couldn't help but think of Lewis Grizzard saying, "the difference between being naked & nekkid is: "Naked" means you have any clothes on; and "Nekkid" means you have any clothes on... and your up to somethin'!  ???
