I saw Sparky's rib post and just had to do some .....  plus I feel like I haven't posted a cook in forever......

5 racks of babybacks,  simple just some money rub



no foil on these babies, I'm not going out there, they are on their own


4 off, couple destined for post kayak dinner tomorrow and a couple for a friend

Same here in NW NJ.  I opted for skirt steak, and just finished in time for us. I hope the winds are in your favor tomorrow.

kev man is still in baltimore, he graduates in two weeks so I'll see him then,  he might be coming home for a week after graduation, hopefully he'll be able to manage it and cook for me then

Nobody is cooking today, I'm going kayaking with a couple friends.  We will reheat some of the extras I did yesterday, i planned ahead, extra ribs, extra coleslaw, extra green beans, extra cornbread.
