i learned a trick. i light just one end of my lump. burns longer. what, i'm a slow learner.
got me a chicken and stuff.

my wife make up some excellent chicken salad. she stuffed them in some hollowed out tomatoes. cool idea i thought. we smoked some almonds on the grill also and used those on top.
it was very good. you could taste the smokiness on the chicken in the salad. i'm glad i married a wife that is a excellent cook. if you have seen my belly you would know what i'm talking about.
